Real projects. Real clients. Here's how we've helped vets and animal health organizations tell their story through video.
A busy Boston practice that wanted to show the community who they really are.
Dr. Bob Tapscott runs a busy practice in Boston. Like most vets, the team shows up every day, does incredible work, and nobody outside the building sees it. The website had the basics but nothing that captured what the practice actually feels like.
We didn't send a film crew. Dr. Tapscott sent us a handful of photos of the team and the building, then had a short conversation with us about the practice. From that, we built a full practice film: scripted, produced, and delivered in days.
The video is now being used across the Boston region to attract new clients and recruit staff.
"We love the video. Brilliant, clever, love it. Will love showing this." Bob Tapscott, Best Pets Veterinary Hospital
An AAHA-accredited clinic in Montrose, Colorado, serving the San Juan region.
Dr. Chris Franklin runs an AAHA-accredited clinic in Montrose, Colorado. Advanced diagnostics, high standards of care, the kind of facility that operates more like a human hospital than a typical rural vet. The problem was that nobody in the community could see that from the outside.
Susan Kingsbury, the practice manager, came to us through VHMA. The challenge was clear: people in Montrose didn't understand why San Juan's care costs more than the cheaper alternatives down the road. They needed video that shows the standard, not just tells it.
We built two videos. The first is a 60-second overview showcasing the team, the technology, and the level of care. The second takes a more creative angle designed to engage and build trust with the local audience. Both are running on social media and connected TV, targeted right at the Montrose community.
"There's this huge disconnect about what actually is happening at the practice versus what the community thinks is happening. Our practice matches, if not exceeds, the human surgical model. That's the message I want to get out." Susan Kingsbury, Practice Manager, San Juan Veterinary Clinic
The Veterinary Hospital Managers Association needed content that moves their community.
VHMA is the professional home for veterinary practice managers. They offer certification programs like the CVPM and CVOM, run conferences and training, and publish the benchmarking reports that practices across North America use to measure themselves.
They needed video content that does more than inform. Membership drives, conference promos, member spotlights. Content that makes practice managers feel like VHMA is their community, not just another association.
We built promotional content designed to recruit new members, retain existing ones, and give the association a visual identity that matches the quality of what they do.
"The message is on point. You are a good storyteller. Really pleased with what you created in such a short time. Great work." Christine Shupe, VHMA
